What Burn The Fat Claims To Do
Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle is supposedly a comprehensive guide designed to outline exactly how to lose fat and build a more toned physique.
Written by bodybuilding champion Tom Venuto, it apparently boasts a wide array of different ways and techniques of how to successfully “burn” your excess fat.
This may sound uninspiring but the fact is that Venuto has actually structured the book so that you build a sizeable and adaptable knowledge of weight loss and how to successfully maintain a healthy weight.
Unlike many of the “fad diets” which litter the market, this book is meant to give you a deep-set understanding of how YOU can keep your body in great shape for the future.
Normal diets are great for helping you control your weight and dropping some pounds, but the fact is that if you don’t want to stay on that diet forever, you’ll probably fall back into your old routines an put the weight back on again.
With this book, you’ll allegedly gain enough knowledge to be able to carry on your healthy eating well into the future, allowing you to maintain your healthy weight easier than if you used a “fad diet” to first lose your weight.

What Burn The Fat Actually Does
You’re probably thinking — is this a low carb diet? A high protein diet? A high fat diet? What’s the ratio of carbs to proteins?, and so on.
The truth is that in Burn the Fat, there is no one “perfect” ratio of carbs to fats to proteins.
And Burn the Fat is neither a high protein diet, or a low carb diet. That’s because you will determine your own ideal macro nutrient ratio by analyzing your body type , determining your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate, or the amount of “maintenance” calories your body requires daily) and activity rate, and assessing your own tolerance to carbohydrates - all this is explained in the book itself.
Because each one of us is a unique individual, and no one diet or macro nutrient ratio will work for everyone. Tom says the “secret” of the magical nutrient ratio is that there is NO magic nutrient ratio. So Burn The Fat IS a diet… but it’s also a concise guide on exactly how to tackle weight loss and weight maintenance for the future.
One caution for weight loss newcomers; this is a fairly intense volume (although well written and easy to follow), that will require a significant time commitment just to get through it, cover to digital cover. And read it cover to cover you must.
Burn the Fat is not something you can download and read in an evening (plus, it comes with about half a dozen bonus files). If you had trouble struggling through the first few chapters of Barry Sears’ Enter the Zone, or The Atkins Diet, you’ll likely find Burn the Fat a little tedious.
That doesn’t mean, of course, that you shouldn’t attempt to read Burn the Fat. Quite the opposite, I heartily recommend that you do so. But I suggest you pull out your day timer or PDA, and find a half dozen or so hour-slots that you can commit entirely to this publication. Otherwise, you’ll be wasting your time and your money.
The customer support for Burn The Fat is exceptional with prompt responses. There have even been occasions when Tom Venuto himself has attended problems & queries on popular weight loss forums.
Conclusion
Burn The Fat and its accompanying bonuses definitely worth a further look. At $37, the package is probably worth twice that - the amount of information that’s inside.
